Rick started at Royse Lawn Care in 2022. He previously had ran his own small business but took a break to raise his sons while his wife chased her career. As his sons grew, he decided he was ready to get back out to work and wanted to be outside to do it. With Kyle, he has one of the lowest service call rates in the company. He is always at the top of the sales board as well with his outgoing and friendly personality, aka- he’s a talker. He has been a wonderful addition to this company.

Outside of work, he has been married to his wife Crystal for 24 years, they have 2 sons that have kept them very busy. Their youngest is a senior this year. They also have an adorable pup named Frank. They love the beach, water, and sunshine and can be caught enjoying Florida while vacationing generally every summer. We fully look for them to retiring there someday. They also try to travel abroad every 2-3 years. Rick played 3 seasons of rookie and instructional baseball, with the Milwaukee Brewers. He loves placing sports bets. He enjoys tinkering with remote-controlled cars and planes with his boys. He enjoys being active, skiing, snowmobiling, and golfing.
