Office Assistant / Customer Service

Molly is generally the cheery voice you will hear on the phone when you call the office. She is a returning employee and has been back since April of 2023. She has a long line of customer service from working in Disney Stores, David’s Bridal, being a lunch lady at her son’s school, and being a personal shopper with Shipt, which is how we found her. She and her family have also been loyal to Royse Lawn Care Customers for many years.

Outside of work, Molly has been married to her husband Ed for over 20 years. They have a 14-year-old son who keeps them busy with his participation in Boy Scouts, as well as playing basketball, football, and volleyball. He was recently accepted into McNick for high school starting in the fall of 2024. They enjoy family vacations and Molly really
enjoys planning exceptional trips with her family and documenting their memories. They are doing a 2-week road trip after school is out this year and her dad will be tagging along. They like to cruise, love Disney, building Lego sets (they have an actual Lego room in their house), and spoiling their niece Aurora. She also loves to cook and bake.
The Royse family is obsessed with her beef burritos.
