Nathan, with his young family, relocated to Cincinnati from Troy in 2000 with a vision to kick start and grow this business with our original founder, his father, Lloyd Royse. Nathan had previously found a passion for sales in the car business and certainly
utilized that skill set once he learned the lawn care trade. Nathan has always been a hard, loyal, dedicated worker, never taking a sick day for himself, and certainly holds his staff to the same standards. His mission for this company shifted from sales to service over the years. He quickly realized he did not want to spend his focus on sales, he
wanted it focused on results and always going the extra mile for his customers. While we are always looking and willing to grow, our primary focus will be to foster the relationships with the customers we have.

Outside of work he is a devoted husband to his wife/partner of nearly 30 years, Chrissy, a dedicated father to their two children Kobe and Kiah, and an adoring pop pop to his granddaughter Naomi. Now semi-retired himself, he prefers to spend time in their Florida home and on a golf course as much as humanly possible. He likes to buy and resell items on eBay and is always down to hit up the yard sales or bargain shopping at discount stores. We always say he could sell an ice cube to an Eskimo. Nathan enjoys smoking meat and has quite a collection of different smokers. His wings are the best
around. He has a fun sarcastic and sometimes dry sense of humor and almost always has a diet Pepsi or cinnamon iced tea in his hand.
